Types

ECOMIX^® is an ideal solution for one-step purification of water that is high in hardness, iron, manganese, ammonia and TOC originated colorness. This is a multipurpose filtration material that can be used for complex purification of both municipal and well water and can simultaneously provide:

• Softening
• Iron removal
• Manganese removal

At the same time the sorbent reduces colorness, oxidability, alumina and ammonia.

All the processes take place at a single stage in a single "softener"- type unit.

ECOMIX ^® is regenerated by traditional NaCI solution.

Three types of ECOMIX ^® with different treatment abilities are available:

ECOMIX ^® A - the most common and popular media focused on hardness, iron, manganese removal, its efficiency does not depend on organic matter concentration, pH, chlorine, mineral content etc.

ECOMIX ^® P - the same performance as ECOMIX ® A but TOC minimum 3 ppm in raw water is required.

ECOMIX ^® C is recommended when along with the main contaminants the level of organic compounds of natural origin has to be reduced. Highly efficient at TOC concentration up to 20 ppm.
